How its work
The Shipyard Doors consists of two sheets of PVC- coated polyester fabric with intermediate, horizontal steel sections, fitted between the fabrics. These intermediate sections transfer the wind load to vertical guide rails also supply extra wind resistance.
The door leaf is opened by the bottom section being lifted by steel wire which are wound up on a steel wire drum, driven by a gear motor. The sections above are stacked on top of one another and the fabric folds into pleats on the sides.
Construction
The door leaf is made of two layers of very strong special chosen 900 gr vinyl-coated polyester fabric, separated by aluminium or steel intermediate sections. The intermediate top section is bolted to the header box with steel wire. The fabric is attached to both sides of the intermediate sections. This system is supply extra tightness that is well know special properties of our doors
Side rail and top sections
Side guide rail and bottom section is made reinforced steel materials. Rail system is made from aluminum each part maximum 2 mt so supply easy service any crash to rail system and can be replace easily.
Aluminum rail supply less abrasion with connection part that is poly amide materials.
Cable break systems are to each end of the bottom section also steel wire is connected to cable break system.
Fabric
Our standard fabric is heavy duty vinyl coated fabric.Tensile Straight 360 dn/5cm(UNE-EN-ISO 1421) tear resistance 40dan according to UNE-53326 it support long time and efficiency using even hard weather conditions.
Also we haven heat resistance-Security Artic(Untill -40o) and vision panel.
Sealing
Side rail rubber seals and special designed rubber bottom part serve extra sealing our system have the most effective sealing system.
Operation system
The system is controlled completely automated system.Motor and gear box is installed middle of bottom parts and drum is connected to gear box system. Control box have button each way and emergency button for urgent situation. System can be operated remote controller, magnetic loop etc.
Maintenance
Our system is normally not required special maintenance process only need to check steel cable wire against to any abrasions and not need before 4 years.
